As a part of Fabcafe’s expanding their regionally inspired traditional Indian cuisine offering, Fabcafe, an organic initiative by Fabindia Overseas Private Limited has launched its new outlet in Coimbatore making it the nineteenth in the country. Located in Race Course Road, the restaurant is open all day from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
The menu for breakfast includes Good ‘ol Idli Sambhar, Low cal Upma, Flufy Buttermilk Pancakes. For salads, it offers chicken tikka salad, quinoa powerhouse salad, Shakarkandi Watermelon Summer salad. Appetizers feature trio of grains papri chaat, No Guilt GolGappas, Super Tikki Chaat, Not so classic chicken momos.
The main dishes are Coastal Fish Moilee, Claasic Saag Paneer. Briyani selection includes Keto Briyani, Quinoa Briyani, Basmati Rice Briyani. It has kokum coconut cooler, Badam Thandai, smoothies & shakes and much more for drinks.
The food cant end on a high note without desserts. FabCafe offers Caramelized Banana Cake, Fruit Payasam, Himalayan Organic Honey and Walnut Tart , and the exclusive Fabcafe Chocolate Cake.
