The Department of Commerce of VLB Janakiammal College of Arts & Science organized an Orientation Program for the I year UG students, on the topic “Preparation for Banking & Competitive Examinations“ on 28.09.2019.
H.Hariharan, Founder and Director, Shine School of Banking, Coimbatore was the Resource Person. In his lecture, he briefed about the courses related to Banking Examinations. He guided the students about the ways to crack such exams. He also mentioned various positions available in this field and the selection process for the respective fields.
He further stated that, “Cracking a competitive exam is more about strategy than sheer hard-work” and motivated the students to equip themselves to meet the competitive job market. The students clarified their doubts on examination process during the interactive session and overall found the session beneficial.
