The Department of Visual Communication of PSG CAS & Electronic Media in Association with Volunteers of India Charitable and Social Trust organized an interactive session with Padma Shri Arunachalam Muruganantham, Social Entrepreneur on 30.9.2019.
Dr.D.Brindha, Principal, PSG CAS presided over the event. Mr.Arunachalam Muruganantham said “You don’t need to be big and sound person to do bigger things. Even in your humble state you can do that.” He encouraged the students to have an open mind, never feel embarrassed if they speak English in an improper way. He also asked them to have the courage to declare ‘They don’t know’ to things they don’t have any idea about rather pretend as if they have a clue.
He asked the teachers to never underestimate any student and he requested the parents to never underestimate their children because no one can predicate what a student will become. “Even you (students) should not underestimate yourself”, he said.
