Fantasy- 2k10, the English Literary Association of the Department of English of KPR College of Arts, Science and Research organized an oratory competition titled ‘Can you live without English?’ on 13.09.2019.
The Chief Guest Dr. M. Hema, Associate Professor in English, KPRIET motivating the students and asked them to avoid stage fear. She highlighted among the students that English is flexible language and it is easy to understand when they practice speaking and reading English daily.
She advised them to read newspaper regularly for acquiring new words because they could increase numbers of new vocabularies. She asked the students to watch English news for developing correct pronunciation. More than 25 students took part in the competition.
