Being fully committed and concerned with the vision to promote holistic development among the students, The NGP School organized an Intra school Annual Science and Math Exhibition for the students from grade V to XII with the theme ‘Science for People and People for Science – powered by IYPT’ on August 31, 2019. Dr. Rajendran, Principal, Dr. NGP Arts & Science College, Coimbatore, inaugurated the Science & Math Expo. A total of 121 projects with various themes were displayed by our students.
Students exhibited their inherent talents by displaying several projects based on various themes like Organic Farming, Energy Resources & Conservation, Science & Technology for Sustainable Development, Math in Architecture, in chemical Science, in Astronomy etc. The Power Point Presentations on IYPT & Chandrayaan II by our students were really informative and worth mentioning. The Expo was a platform for our students to showcase their innovative ideas with high degree of clarity and confidence.
The parents visited the expo and watched their ward’s performance. They cherished the students’ performance, appreciated them and gave encouraging feedback. All these learning have rendered a sense of contentment in the minds of our young students.
