CREDAI Cbe conducts 13th Annual General Meeting

The 13th Annual General meeting of CREDAI Coimbatore was held on 20.6.19 at The Zone. Justice B.Rajendran, Chairman Tamil Nadu Real Estate Appellate Tribunal & K Rajamani, I.A.S, District Collector were the Chief Guests. S.Sridharan, Chairman, CREDAI Tamil Nadu was the Guest of Honour.

Welcoming the gathering, Surendar Vittel, President, CREDAI Coimbatore said that it was matter of satisfaction that CREDAI was being involved at the city and state level in Real Estate Development policy making.

Rajiv Ramaswamy, Secretary,CREDAI Cbe in his report traced the activities of CREDAI during the year.

He also mentioned that CREDAI Coimbatore participated in several CSR activities such as dispatch of relief material for victims of disasters like Gaja cyclone, Kerala floods and Pulwama attack.

Talking to the gathering, Rajamani, Dist.Collector, Coimbatore lauded the CSR activities of CREDAI and said “with time, the need for Coimbatore grows and he requested the support of CREDAI in shaping the city. He wished CREDAI that their plans and projects to be supportive in sustaining the heritage, harmony and values of Coimbatore and also in preserving its environmental values.

Justice B.Rajendran in his address praised the CREDAI’s practice of planting trees on the Chief Guest’s behalf and he said that this is a wonderful opportunity to convey that adherence to RERA Act is vital.

He mentioned that “Law is not just there to regulate but to see things are eased out as well”. He said that when they follow it and advise the new comers to the industry to follow, they can surely make the state an excellent one.
