Dr.N.G.P. Institute of Technology inaugurated its club activities through the Club Day function in a grand manner. Students and faculty of the college participated in the event.
K.Porkumaran, Principal, Dr.N.G.P.IT welcomed the gathering and inaugurated the Club Day Function. Notable alumni of the college who were a part of the different clubs of the college were invited as Chie Guests and they delivered an inspiring speech to the student members of the clubs.
The college includes 24 different set of clubs that includes Math Club, Music Club and Dramatics Club, Robotics Club, Rotatory Club, Business line club, Journal club, Tamil Mandram, Environmental Awareness Club, Health Care Club, Idea & Innovation, UAV (Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle) & Syscomm Club, Energy Awareness Club, Open source software, Smart Manufacturing Club, Oracle Club, Multimedia Club, Photography Club, Consumer Club, Defense Club, Road safety Club, Yoga Club, Youth Red Cross, Red Ribbon through National Social Service and Literary and Debating Club.
The event ended with a Vote of Thanks proposed by college club coordinators Dr.K.Sakthisudhan and Dr.S.Ayyasamy.
