Summer Camp to teach Programming to children in the cool way

Summer Holidays have given school children lot of leisure hours which needs to spent productively. When children’s love for sports and hobbies are given a proper push, they can taste greatness as they grow up.

Just like tennis and chess, Programming can also be an exciting sport for young students to try their hand at this summer.

CodeChef, a global competitive programming platform started with the vision of improving the problem-solving skills of Indian programmers and Amrita College of Engineering, Coimbatore Campus will jointly conduct a 2-Week Programming Camp. Kids will be taught the basics of coding through interactive activities and puzzles.

The camp will be from 20 May to 1 June and it will be between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m at Amrita College of Engineering, Coimbatore Campus. Students in class 7 or higher are eligible to participate. The camp has a nominal fee of Rs. 2360, however, promising young students who show passion and enthusiasm for programming will be provided fee waivers on a need basis.
