Dr.R.V.Arts and Science College conducted its Placement Offer Day recently at Dr.R.V.Auditorium. R.Ben Johnson, Training & Placement Officer welcomed the gathering. V.Ramakrishnan, Managing Trustee presided over the program.
The Chief Guest A.V.Varatharajan, Chairman, Sandfits Foundries Pvt. Ltd felicitated the gathering.
In his address to the students he explained the importance of skills required for employment. He also highlighted the qualities to be followed like honesty, hard work and perseverance in job. He advised the students, to excel in academics, fulfill the parents’ dreams and to inculcate good habits such as discipline, punctuality and respecting elders. He shared his own experience, how a person from the rural side of society could evolve by facing challenges in our society. After addressing, he distributed placement offers to 135 students and NPTEL certificates were also distributed. D.Rabiyathul Reshma , III B.Com proposed the Vote Of Thanks.
