Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) – Yuva Club was inaugurated by the Chief Guests at SSVM World school campus in Coimbatore. The Yuva club inauguration initiative was executed by C.Sivanesan, Founder and Shasikala Sathiyamurthy Director, Chandrans Yuva Foundation, Coimbatore.
Sujit Kumar I.P.S., Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Coimbatore City Police and Manimekalai Mohan, Founder and Managing Trustee, SSVM Institutions, Coimbatore were the Chief Guest present during the Yuva Club inauguration session. Students and staffs of SSVM, Visually challenged and differently abled people were the Guest of honor.
According to the press release from Yuva Club, the elected office bearers are Thejasvi- Director, Niranjan Pramod- Vice Chairman, Aboorva- President, Anna Cruz- Vice President, Prabothini- Secretary, Serena Jones- Treasurer, Mithra- Joint Treasurer, Yukthamaran- Joint Secretary, Shreyya M J- Growth and Development Director, and Madhumita- Club activities Director.
The Yuva club main initative is to focus the young minds in the city. The list of initatives by the Yuva club will be “Green Kovai”, “Clean Kovai”, “Eradication of plastic bags”, “Cloth bag distribution”, Installation of “Cloth donation box”, “Free cloth store” in the Government hospitals and many more.
