The award ceremony for PG engineering and Science stream of PSG College of Technology was held recently at PSG TECH. Dr. SriramRaghavan, Director, IBM Research, India was the chief Guest. Prof. R. Rudramoorthy, Principal, PSG College of Technology welcomed the gathering.
Dr. SriramRaghavan, Chief Guest delivered the award ceremony address and gave a inspirational talked about how India has always been one of the leaders in the field of Science and Technology, with regard to human resources with skill sets intact.
“In fact, it has helped India’s growth, since technology is penetrating into almost all domains. However, young Indian graduates investing their time in research are the need of the hour. He said that everyone should work for a country that becomes a leader in innovation as well.
The event was followed by the presentation of certificates to 266 PG engineering graduates and 309 Science graduates. After, that administration of pledge was given by the president, L.Gopalakrishnan, Managing Trustee, PSG Trust & Sons.
