74th All India Textile Conference aims to inspire Textile Fraternity

The South India Unit of Textile Association (India) is conducting the All India Textiles Conference which is currently underway at Hotel Radisson Blu. This is a two day event which kick-started on 15th and will go on till the 16th.

16 eminent speakers are presenting technical papers and will have panel discussions.  Four speakers are from foreign countries. The aim of this Conference is to be an aid to all the technical professionals and management of the textile field to update their knowledge and skills in the textile field and management.

And on this occasion South India Unit is honoring R.Jagadish Chandran, Chairman of Premier Mills (P) Ltd. with the Life Time Achievement Award for his services to the Textile Industry and Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu, Chairman and Managing Director of Lakshmi Machine Works Limited (LMW) with the Industrial Excellence Award for his contribution to the Industry.

T.R.Dinakaran, Chairman, Ramalinga Group, Karumuttu T.Kannan, Managing Director, Thiagarajar Mills (P) Limited, A.P.Appukutti, President, Tamil Nadu Spinning Mills Association, Raja M.Shanmugam, President, Tiruppur Exporters Association and T.Rajkumar, Deputy Chairman, Confederation of Indian Textile Industry are participating and gracing the function.

T.K.Sengupta, National President, TAI (India),  D.Krishnamurthy, President, TAI- SIU, E.Mounagurusamy, Treasurer, SIU, K.Gandhiraj, Hon.Secretary and team of officials are conducting and organizing the conference.
